FareKite is a flight metasearch platform. When you run a search, we query a network of airlines, online travel agencies and booking sites at the same time, collect every fare they offer for your trip, and line them up side by side — cheapest first, taxes included.
We are not a travel agency and we do not sell tickets. When you choose a fare, you complete the booking on the travel provider's own website, at the price you saw with us. FareKite never adds a booking fee on top.
Airlines distribute seats through many channels, and each agency negotiates its own rates. The same flight can carry meaningfully different prices depending on where you buy it — sometimes published online, sometimes as unpublished fares available through phone-supported agencies. A comparison search is the only realistic way to see the spread.
Travel providers pay us a small advertising fee when you click through to their site. That fee never changes the price you pay — you always book at the provider's own price, directly with them.
Every travel site listed on FareKite is a vetted partner with real inventory and a working booking flow. If a partner does not meet our standards for pricing accuracy or customer care, they are removed from results.
