Who we are

FareKite ("we", "us") operates a flight fare comparison service. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Search details — the routes, dates and passenger counts you search for. These are needed to fetch fares and are kept briefly for caching.
• Click data — when you open a fare on a partner site, we record the time, the fare, and technical details of the request (IP address, browser user agent). This is how our advertising partners are billed, and it is used to detect automated or fraudulent traffic.
• Contact messages — anything you send through our contact form.

What we do not collect

We never see or store payment details, passport numbers or booking data. Your booking happens entirely on the travel provider's own website under their privacy policy.

Sharing

Aggregate click statistics (never your identity) are shared with the partner whose fare was clicked, for billing purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies — a session cookie and your search preferences. No third-party ad-tracking cookies are set by FareKite.

Retention & your rights

Click records are retained for billing and audit purposes, then aggregated. You can ask us to show or delete data connected to you by contacting [email protected].
