FareKite is a fare comparison (metasearch) service. We display flight offers supplied by independent travel providers ("partners"). We are not a party to any booking: contracts for travel are formed directly between you and the provider you book with.
Fares are supplied live by partners and can change between the moment a price is displayed and the moment you complete a booking on the partner's site. The price charged is always the one shown at the partner's own checkout. We work to keep displayed prices accurate but cannot guarantee availability of any specific fare.
All questions about a booking — payment, tickets, changes, cancellations, refunds — must be addressed to the travel provider you booked with. FareKite has no access to bookings and cannot modify them.
You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or repeatedly query the service, and you may not interfere with the operation of the site. We may block traffic that appears automated or abusive.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FareKite is not liable for losses arising from bookings made with third-party providers, from fare changes, or from interruptions of the service.
Travel providers listed on FareKite pay advertising fees on a per-click basis under a separate partner agreement. Being listed is not an endorsement; providers are responsible for their own offers, sites and services.
